The Philippine Green Building Council (PHILGBC) team visited the Main Showroom of NLE a day after its grand launching on July 12, 2019. PHILGBC is a national non-stock, non-profit organization that promotes the sharing of knowledge on green practices to the property industry to ensure a sustainable environment. It was organized to serve as a single voice in the promotion of holistic and market-based green building practices, to facilitate the sharing of green building information and practices in the building industry, and to serve as a non-partisan venue for the development of the BERDE Green Building Rating System.

The reason they visited NLE is that we are one of its members and our VP - Operations Manager, Mr.John Dayle Delantar is a certified BERDE Professional. BERDE is a tool to assess, measure, monitor, and certify the performance of green building projects above and beyond existing national and local building and environmental laws, regulations, and mandatory standards.
